With all fast food restaurants having lots of different types of food, they all have one thing in common, fries. Ever ask yourself which fast food restaurant has the best fries? Well I’m here to tell you. I based this ranking through taste, crunch and price.

Burger King Fries

#5 Burger King

In fifth place is Burger King fries. They had little to no salt which therefore made for a 4/10 in flavor, and they had barely any crunch factor to them which also resulted in a 5/10 in crunch and a 4.5/10 overall. With the price of $1.79 for small fry, these are not bad, but are definitely not the best you could get.

Wendy’s Fries

#4 Wendy’s

In fourth place we have Wendy’s fries. Wendy’s fries had a higher rating than Burger King in crunch with a 7/10. The subtle crunch in Wendy’s was not bad, but not amazing. Wendy’s ultimate downfall was their flavor. They too had little to no salt and were bland, resulting in a 4/10 in flavor and a 5.5/10 overall. However, with the price of $1.69, they are cheaper and better than Burger King fries.

Chick-Fil-A Fries

#3 Chick-Fil-A

In third place we have Chick-Fil-A fries. Chick-Fil-A has a different style of fries which makes it a little difficult to compare to the others. The waffle designs of the fry made for no crunch, therefore receiving a rating of 3/10. Then again, the flavor of the Chick-Fil-A fries had a perfect ratio of salt to fry and ended up with a 9/10 on the flavor, which bumped up the overall score to 6/10. The price for these small fries came out to $1.55, which means they are cheaper, and better than both Burger King and Wendy’s fries.

Arby’s Fries

#2 Arby’s

In the runner-up position, we have Arby’s curly fries. Arby’s curly fries were also different from the other fries I compared them with. Arby’s uses different seasonings such as onion powder and garlic seasoning, which really gives the fries lots of flavor, resulting in a 9/10 on flavor. They also had a subtle crunch to them that was superb with a 7/10. Arby’s curly fries got an overall rating of 8/10. Their price came out to $1.69, which is the same price as Wendy’s fries, but with Arby’s you get more for your buck.

McDonald’s Fries

#1 McDonald’s
In first, we have McDonald’s fries.Their perfect ratio of salt to fry made the fry salty enough, but not overpowering, resulting in a 9/10 on flavor. They also have a perfect crunch with a crisp outside and a soft warm center, which is really just the icing on the cake for these fries. I ended up giving them a 9/10 on crunch, resulting in 9/10 overall with the lead position. McDonald’s is also only charging $1.39 for a small fry which is the cheapest making McDonald’s the best place to get fries in all aspects.

In conclusion, when you are in the mood for some fast food fries, make sure to make your way to McDonald’s.
