The Solon High School varsity football team hosts the 5-3 Shaker Heights Red Raiders on Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. The Comets, who are 7-1 this year, look to remain undefeated in Greater Cleveland Conference play in the team’s second-to-last game of the regular season. Solon comes off of a 46-28 win over Elyria, while Shaker Heights focus on bouncing back after a 50-18 drubbing against Medina.
