The Solon High School’s girls varsity team came into this season with important goals. The team is working to become state champions after coming off of last year making it to regional semifinals. The team as a whole has had confidence going into the game and while being on the field together.
According to starting varsity junior Sophie Ryan, the team has had a great season so far. Their current record is 6-1 with the goal to continue to have a winning season. Ryan has confidence in her team that they can become district champions for the year 2024.
Ryan gives her insight in an interview below on what her goals are for the team during the rest of the season and some of the team’s strengths and weaknesses.
