That’s when the first Mario Bros. game was released.

It was an arcade game at the time, created by Nintendo, intended for everyone five years old and older. Then, on September 13, 1985, the first video game in “The Super Mario Bros.” series was released on the Nintendo Entertainment System and was the first side-scrolling platform to put a spotlight on Mario.

Throughout the years, there have been many new versions of this game, from “Super Mario Bros.” to “Super Mario World,” and it has been played on many different platforms, from Game Boy, to Nintendo DS, to Nintendo switch, to PlayStation and Xbox.

It’s been made into a video game, comic book series and a movie. On April 5, 2023, “The Super Mario Bros.” movie was released, and is 1 hour and 32 minutes long. It features the famous Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach and Bowser.

In the movie, Mario and Luigi get transported to Mushroom World, where they get separated. Mario finds Princess Peach, with the help of Toad, and together they attempt to stop Bowser from taking over Mushroom World.

“The Super Mario Bros.” movie has become the highest-grossing movie released in 2023, making $678 million worldwide since its April 5 release. Rotten Tomatoes rated it at 58% in entertainment value. However, audiences rate it at 96%.

Mario is voiced by Chris Pratt, and Princess Peach is voiced by Anya Taylor-Joy. Jack Black voices Bowser, and Luigi is voiced by Charlie Day.

Pratt voices Mario well, although it was sad that he didn’t use an Italian accent. In the 90’s, Mario was voiced by Charles Martinet, who used an Italian accent in the video games, so a lot of people were expecting Mario to have a similar voice, and were upset when he didn’t.

The voice of Princess Peach is perfectly suited for her character. Both Princess Peach and Bowser were voiced wonderfully, and Bowser’s ballad was sung beautifully by Jack Black

Though there were a few plot holes throughout the movie, it was still a very good movie, and I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in “The Super Mario Bros.” world.

The animations were amazing, with a lot of fun colors and they were beautifully done. The music was perfectly suited for the movie, with a lighthearted ballad sung beautifully by Jack Black, and high energy music during the high energy scenes.

Overall, “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” was a great movie, and it was casted wonderfully. The only thing that could make this movie better is if Mario spoke with an Italian accent.
